The following information will help you walk through the registration process. All items must be completed before your child can start school. You can download a registration checklist to help you with this process.

1. Age Requirement
The state of Nebraska requires that all children beginning kindergarten be five years of age before or no later than October 15.


2. Registration Form
Complete the registration process - either on-line below or turn in an application.


3. Registration Fee
The registration fee in non-refundable. At least half is due upon registration. The other half is due within 30 days.

Early Bird: Through March 16 Kind. through 8th grades - $250
After March 16 Kind. through 8th grades - $300


4. Tuition Fees for 2011-2012 school year
$4300 for first child
$4100 for second child
$3900 for third child
Fourth child talk with administrator
If tuition is paid in full by September 1, a 5% discount will be attributed towards your tuition bill.


5. Complete FACTS Form
Tuition can be paid one of three ways:

Option 1 - Paid in full by September 1st
Option 2 - Using a FACTS monthly payment
Option 3 - Using a credit card through FACTS

Please complete a Tuition Preference Form and also indicate if you will need before or after school childcare. You can also register on-line for FACTS payments.









6. Birth Certificate and Immunization Record (for new students only)
A copy of the birth certificate must be kept on file at the school.

The Nebraska school law requires that all students be immunized against diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, poliomyelitis, hepatitis B, measles, rubella (German or 3-day measles) and mumps. Immunizations will not be given at the school. We require a certified copy of each student's shot record. This is returned to you after a copy is made for his/her permanent student file. See your physician or call Douglas County Health Dept., 444-6163 or Tri-County (Sarpy) office, 334-1820, for more information about clinics and physical exams.


7. Physical Exam
Kindergarten and 7th grade students are required to have a physical examination prior to starting school. (An examination given up to Six months prior to entrance into school is acceptable) Dental and eye examinations are also required for kindergarten. Out-of-state students are required to have a physical examination prior to starting school.


8. Previous School Records
You must request for release of records from your previous school if applicable.


9. Interview with Administrator
Contact the school to set up an appointment if necessary.
